Focuses on parents of babies from birth to 5 years old. We work with parents, infants and toddlers and recognize the importance of this early parent relationship. Fostering early bonding makes the child and parent development stronger, healthier and more resilient over time. Services include parent education classes, parenting in-home visitation, videotaping parent-baby interactions,case management and a newsletter. Fees: Low cost

Confidential phoneline for parents to ask about children’s behavior, child development, parenting skills, and related topics. Calls are returned within 48 hours by a trained warmline volunteer.

Care Children's Counseling Center
Caring Parents Program teaches skills helpful to parents whose children ages 2-18 have experienced physical, sexual or emotional abuse,neglect, exposure to domestic voilence or parental substance abuse. Also works with children who have challenging behaviors such as Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactivity, and Defiant Behavior.

Early Learning Institute
Provides early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Also provides parent support and education, community playgroups and free developmental assessments. Special support programs for child care providers and community recreation programs available.
